Quarter half of the lime and muddle it in the bottom of a Gibraltar glass using a muddler.

Fill the glass about a quarter full with crushed ice.

In a shaker, combine cinnamon, vanilla, watermelon syrup, lime syrup, and Havana Club Añejo 3 with an ice cube. Shake well and pour the mixture into the glass.

Top off the glass with ginger ale and stir gently to mix.

Garnish with a lime slice on the rim and sprinkle a touch of cinnamon and brown cane sugar over the cocktail.
