Chill an Martini Glass in advance or prepare a large cube of ice in the glass.

Combine Palo Cortado Sherry, Scotch, and grapefruit liqueur in a mixing glass.

Stir the mixture well to chill and blend the flavors.

Strain into the prepared Martini Glass, either neat or over the large ice cube.

Garnish with a twist of grapefruit peel, expressing the oils over the drink before placing it in the glass.
