Use these prepared liquid components: Red bitter soda (chilled).

Select and pre-chill a highball glass.

Shake the Hayman's London Dry Gin, Luxardo Maraschino liqueur, freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice, freshly squeezed lime juice, rich sugar syrup, and egg white (or chosen alternative) with ice, then strain back into the shaker.

Dry shake the mixture without ice to achieve emulsification.

Strain the mixture into the pre-chilled highball glass while simultaneously pouring in the chilled red bitter soda.

Serve without garnish.
