Use these specified component styles: Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old).
Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe.
Prepare a garnish of lemon wedge or a twist of lemon zest.
Shake the light white rum, Hayman's London Dry Gin, freshly squeezed lemon juice, grenadine or pomegranate syrup, and chilled water with ice. Optionally, add a few drops of saline solution or a pinch of salt to enhance the flavors.
Fine strain the mixture into the pre-chilled coupe glass.
