Chocolat a l'orange (Orange Chocolate)

Combine the cognac, rouge light quinquina, and cognac orange liqueur in a mixing glass.

Add the chocolate bitters.

Stir the mixture with ice until well chilled.

Strain the cocktail into a Cognac Glass over a large piece of block ice.

Garnish with a cinnamon stick and a twist of fresh orange peel.
