Summer Negroni

Chill a cocktail coupe by filling it with ice water while you prepare the cocktail.

In a mixing glass, add the gin, Aperol, and Bianco Vermouth.

Add a dash of orange bitters to the mixing glass.

Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled.

Discard the ice water from the cocktail coupe and strain the mixture into the glass.

Express the oils from an orange peel over the cocktail and use it as a garnish.
