Select and pre-chill a martini glass.

Prepare a garnish of banana chunk and set aside.

Shake the bison grass vodka, green banana liqueur, Giffard Menthe Pastille white crème de menthe, and cloudy, unsweetened apple juice vigorously with ice.

Fine strain the mixture into the chilled martini glass.
