Select and pre-chill an Old Fashioned glass.

Prepare an orange zest twist for garnish.

Shake the bourbon whiskey, freshly squeezed lemon juice, Monin Almond (Orgeat) Syrup, Cynar, Monin Cinnamon Syrup, St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram liqueur, and a dash of Angostura Orange Bitters with ice.
