Combine the Irish whiskey, sweet vermouth, herbal liqueur, agave syrup, and orange bitters in a mixing glass.

Vigorously stir the mixture until all ingredients are well integrated.

Add a few ice cubes only after stirring to prevent the agave syrup from settling or separating.

Strain the cocktail into a chilled Old Fashioned Glass.
