Select and pre-chill an Old Fashioned glass.
Prepare an orange zest twist for garnish.
Stir the bourbon, Strucchi Rosso Vermouth, Cynar or other carciofo amaro, and Luxardo Maraschino liqueur with ice.
Strain the mixture into the ice-filled Old Fashioned glass, ideally using a large cube or chunk of block ice.
