Chill a cocktail coupe by filling it with ice water, then set aside.

In a mixing glass, combine the light rum, añejo rum, blue plum brandy, Madeira, curaçao, and a dash of orange bitters.

Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir the mixture until well chilled.

Discard the ice water from the coupe, then strain the cocktail into the chilled glass.

Express the oils from an orange peel over the drink and use it as a garnish.
