Use the specified component styles before mixing. Required component: Lavender bitters (optional).

Select and pre-chill a Cocktail Coupe glass.

Prepare a lemon zest twist and a peach wedge for garnish.

Shake the bourbon whiskey, freshly squeezed lemon juice, peach schnapps liqueur, Giffard Crème de Pêche de Vigne liqueur, peach syrup, egg white or cocktail foamer, optional lavender bitters, and saline solution or salt with ice. Strain the mixture back into the shaker.

Dry shake the mixture without ice to emulsify.
