Chill a champagne flute to ensure a crisp serving temperature.

In a shaker filled with ice, combine the Lustau Jarana Fino Sherry, lime cordial, and advocaat liqueur. Shake well to chill and blend the flavors.

Fine strain the shaken mixture over the champagne in the flute, allowing it to gently mix.

Express the lime zest twist over the cocktail to release its oils, then discard the twist.

Finish by dusting the surface of the drink with cacao powder for an aromatic touch.
