Sweet Lady No. 1

Select and pre-chill a Nick & Nora glass.

Prepare a garnish by placing a peach wedge on the rim of the glass.

Stir the blended Scotch whisky, peach brandy, Giffard White Crème de Cacao Liqueur, chilled water or mineral water (if not using wet ice), and chocolate bitters with ice.

Fine strain the mixture into the chilled glass.
