To Be Oranged

Chill a cocktail coupe in preparation for serving.

Create a garnish by slicing an orange wedge and preparing a strip of orange zest, discarding the zest after use.

Combine the reposado tequila, Dubonnet or Byrrh rouge light quinquina, freshly squeezed orange juice, and chocolate bitters in a shaker filled with ice.

Shake the mixture vigorously to ensure a well-chilled blend.

Fine strain the cocktail into the pre-chilled coupe glass.

Place the prepared orange wedge on the rim of the glass for garnish.
