Prepare a lemon zest twist for garnish.

Stir the Nonino AnticaCuvée Riserva 5 Year Old Grappa, Italian Brandy, Amaro Nonino Quintessentia, chilled Punt E Mes vermouth amaro, and orange bitters with ice.

Strain the mixture into the ice-filled glass, preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice.

Express the lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use it as a garnish.
