Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe.
Prepare a garnish of either a dried apricot or a skewered Luxardo Maraschino cherry.
Stir the straight rye whiskey, Punt E Mes vermouth amaro, Luxardo Apricot Albicocca liqueur, and a dash of Angostura Aromatic Bitters with ice.
Fine strain the mixture into the chilled glass.
Garnish the cocktail with the dried apricot on the rim or the skewered maraschino cherry.
