Three-Cornered Hat

Chill a cocktail coupe by filling it with ice water and setting it aside.

In a mixing glass, combine the Amontillado Sherry, Bénédictine, Averna, Campari, and orange liqueur.

Add a few dashes of Boker's bitters to the mixture.

Fill the mixing glass with ice and gently stir until well chilled.

Empty the ice water from the cocktail coupe and strain the mixed ingredients into the glass.

Garnish with a twist of orange peel by expressing its oils over the surface of the drink, then placing it in the glass.
