How to make Aventura with Raspberry, Mezcal, Orange Liqueur. See ingredients and step-by-step instructions.
Use 2:1 rich simple syrup for its listed portion.
Chill a cocktail coupe in advance to ensure optimal serving temperature.
Prepare a garnish by skewering three fresh raspberries.
In a shaker, combine raspberries, Del Maguey Vida Clásico Mezcal, Grand Marnier or another cognac orange liqueur, elderflower liqueur, freshly squeezed lime juice, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and rich sugar syrup.
Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously to blend and chill the ingredients.
Fine strain the mixture into the pre-chilled cocktail coupe.
Garnish the drink with the skewered raspberries before serving.
