Gin Mezcal Sour

Select and pre-chill an Old Fashioned glass.

Prepare a garnish of a pineapple wedge.

Shake Hayman's London Dry Gin, pineapple juice, Cointreau L'Unique triple sec liqueur, Del Maguey Vida Clásico Mezcal, and freshly squeezed lime juice with ice until well-chilled.

Strain the mixture into the pre-chilled, ice-filled Old Fashioned glass.

Garnish with the pineapple wedge on the rim of the glass.
