Cinnamon 'Martini'

Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe.

Shake the vanilla-flavoured vodka, passion fruit purée, cinnamon syrup and mole bitters with ice.

Fine strain these cocktail ingredients into the chilled coupe.

Dust the surface with cinnamon powder; flaming the cinnamon is optional.

Serve with the listed one shot of sparkling wine in a separate small glass on the side.
