The Onset

Combine the Genever, Gran Classico, and Bianco Vermouth in a mixing glass.

Add ice and stir until well-chilled.

Strain the mixture into an Old Fashioned glass.

Twist a grapefruit peel over the top to release its oils and use it as a garnish.
