Make a Mint

Select and pre-chill an Old Fashioned glass.

Prepare a garnish by arranging a bouquet of mint sprigs.

Gently muddle the mint leaves in the base of a shaker, just enough to bruise them.

Add Hayman's London Dry Gin, freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice, freshly squeezed lime juice, and rich sugar syrup to the shaker, then shake vigorously with ice.

Fine strain the mixture into the pre-chilled Old Fashioned glass filled with fresh ice.

Garnish with the mint sprigs bouquet.
