Use 2:1 rich simple syrup for its listed portion.

Chill a cocktail coupe in preparation for serving.

Prepare a garnish by skewering crystallized ginger.

Shake the Jamaican rum, freshly squeezed lime juice, rich sugar syrup, ginger liqueur, St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram, and Angostura Aromatic Bitters with ice until well mixed.

Fine strain the mixture into the pre-chilled cocktail coupe.

Garnish with the skewered crystallized ginger before serving.
