Select and pre-chill an Old Fashioned glass.

Prepare a garnish of lemon zest twist.

Stir Metaxa 12 Stars, Strucchi Rosso Vermouth, Bénédictine D.O.M. liqueur, Metaxa Ouzo, Peychaud's or other Creole-style bitters, and Angostura Aromatic Bitters with ice.

Strain the mixture into the ice-filled Old Fashioned glass.

Express the lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use it as a garnish.
