Shake the artichoke liqueur, ginger liqueur, pineapple juice and lemon juice with ice. Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice, top with the listed ginger beer and stir gently. Add the listed 1 dash celery bitters as the finishing garnish and serve with a straw.
