Don's Little Bitter

Chill a cocktail coupe by filling it with ice water and setting it aside.

In a cocktail shaker, combine the Barbancourt rum, Fernet Branca, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and simple syrup.

Add Angostura bitters, Peychaud's bitters, and Angostura orange bitters to the shaker.

Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well chilled.

Empty the ice water from the coupe glass.

Double strain the mixture into the chilled cocktail coupe.
