Select and pre-chill a Cocktail Coupe.

Prepare a garnish of freshly grated nutmeg.

Shake the añejo tequila, Tempus Fugit Brown Crème de Cacao à la Vanille Liqueur, Giffard White Crème de Cacao Liqueur, whipping cream, and optional egg white or alternative with ice.

Strain the mixture back into the shaker.

Dry shake the mixture without ice to achieve a smooth texture.

Fine strain the cocktail into the chilled glass.

Garnish with a dusting of freshly grated nutmeg.
