Muddle the orange slice, add the artichoke liqueur, aromatized wine, overproof Demerara rum and Spanish bitters and stir with ice for 30 seconds. Partially coat the serving-glass rim with the listed salt, strain into the glass, float the separate listed cream sherry wine portion and finish with the orange peel.
