Prepare an Old Fashioned glass by chilling it in advance.

Create a garnish using twists of orange and lemon zest.

Stir the blended Scotch whisky, Yellow Chartreuse or génépy liqueur, orange bitters, and saline solution with ice until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into the pre-chilled glass filled with ice, preferably using a large cube or a chunk of block ice.

Express the oils from the orange and lemon zests over the cocktail, then place the twists as a garnish.
