Vodka Sour

Use 2:1 rich simple syrup for its listed portion.

Select and pre-chill an Old Fashioned glass.

Prepare a garnish by skewering a lemon slice wheel and a Luxardo Maraschino cherry to create a sail.

Combine Ketel One Vodka, freshly squeezed lemon juice, rich sugar syrup, Angostura Aromatic Bitters, saline solution or a pinch of salt, and your choice of egg white, Vegg White vegan alternative, or Fee Brothers Fee Foam in a shaker with ice.

Shake the mixture vigorously, then strain it back into the shaker.

Dry shake the mixture without ice to achieve a smooth emulsion.

Fine strain the cocktail into the pre-chilled Old Fashioned glass filled with ice.

Garnish with the prepared skewered lemon slice wheel and maraschino cherry sail.
