Campfire Sour

Chill a cocktail coupe in preparation for serving.

Prepare the garnish by filling an atomizer with peated single malt whisky and skewering a toasted marshmallow.

Shake the blended Scotch whisky, marshmallow syrup, freshly squeezed lemon juice, your choice of egg white, and saline solution with ice, then strain the mixture back into the shaker.

Dry shake the mixture without ice to achieve a smooth emulsification.

Fine strain the cocktail into the pre-chilled glass.

Finish by spraying the surface with the peated whisky from the atomizer and garnishing with the skewered marshmallow.
