Pineapple Mojito No. 2

Chill a highball glass to prepare it for the cocktail.

Prepare a garnish consisting of a pineapple wedge and a small bouquet of mint sprigs.

Add the mint leaves, Havana Club Original Añejo 3 Años Cuban rum, chilled pineapple juice, and Giffard Caribbean Pineapple liqueur to the chilled glass. Fill the glass two-thirds full with crushed ice.

Churn the mixture thoroughly, then fill the glass with more crushed ice to the top.

Top off the cocktail with chilled Thomas Henry Soda Water.

Garnish with the mint sprigs bouquet and pineapple wedge on the rim of the glass.

Serve the cocktail with a straw for easy sipping.
