Chill an Old Fashioned glass to prepare it for serving.

Slice an orange wheel to use as a garnish.

Stir the Pisco, Aperitivo Luxardo, Strucchi Dry Vermouth, and a dash of Orange Bitters with ice until well-chilled.

Strain the mixture into the chilled Old Fashioned glass filled with fresh ice, ideally using a large cube or block ice for optimal presentation.

Garnish with the prepared orange slice wheel.
