How to make Racketeer with Rye Whiskey, Mezcal, Herbal Liqueur. See ingredients and step-by-step instructions.
Rinse the Cocktail Coupe with Islay Scotch to coat the interior, then discard any excess.
In a mixing glass, combine the rye, mezcal, Bénédictine, sweet vermouth, and herbal liqueur.
Add a few dashes of Peychaud's Bitters.
