Chill a martini glass to prepare it for serving.

Combine the Calvados, Strega, orange liqueur, and freshly squeezed lemon juice in a cocktail shaker.

Add a couple of dashes of Peychaud's Bitters to the shaker.

Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well-chilled.

Strain the mixture into the chilled martini glass.

Garnish with brandied cherries before serving.
