Sombretto

Chill a cocktail coupe in advance to ensure your drink stays refreshingly cold.

Prepare your garnish by either floating red peppercorns or adding a thin slice of red chili pepper on top of the cocktail's foamy surface.

Combine the Adriatico Amaretto Liqueur, chilli liqueur, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and your choice of egg white, vegan egg white alternative, or Fee Foam cocktail foamer in a shaker filled with ice.

Shake vigorously, then strain the mixture back into the shaker, discarding the ice.

Dry shake the cocktail without ice to develop a rich, velvety foam.

Fine strain the mixture into the chilled cocktail coupe, and finish with your chosen garnish.
