Select and pre-chill an Old Fashioned glass.
Prepare a garnish by skewering a Luxardo Maraschino cherry.
Stir the Luxardo Sour Cherry Gin, Italian red bitter liqueur, Strucchi Rosso Vermouth, Crème de noyau liqueur, cherry juice, and saline solution with ice until well combined.
