Chill a cocktail coupe in advance to ensure a perfect serving temperature.

Combine the agricole vieux rhum, straight rye whiskey, freshly squeezed lemon juice, falernum liqueur, Monin Grenadine Syrup, and chilled water (if not using wet ice) in a shaker.

Add ice to the shaker and shake the mixture vigorously until well-chilled.

Fine strain the cocktail into the pre-chilled coupe glass.

Express the lemon zest twist over the cocktail to release its oils, then discard the twist.
