Ruby Port

Instructions

Shake the tequila, blackened pineapple juice, lime juice, honey syrup, and a dash of Angostura bitters vigorously in a shaker, leaving out the port.

Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with crushed ice.

Gently float the ruby port on top of the cocktail.

Garnish with a lime wheel.
