Instructions

Stir the spirits, amaro, sweet vermouth and original 4 dashes Christmas bitters with ice, strain into a chilled coupe, flame the orange peel oils over the surface, coat that peel with the separate 1 dash Christmas bitters portion and drop it into the drink.
