Hotel Georgia Cocktail

Chill a cocktail coupe in advance to ensure it is perfectly cold for serving.

Prepare a garnish by twisting a piece of orange zest and/or grating fresh nutmeg.

Combine the Hayman's London Dry Gin, orgeat syrup, freshly squeezed lemon juice, orange flower water, and your choice of egg white, Vegg White, or Fee Foam in a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously.

Strain the mixture back into the shaker, discarding the ice, and perform a dry shake to emulsify.

Fine strain the cocktail into the pre-chilled coupe glass.

Finish by garnishing with the orange zest twist and/or a light dusting of freshly grated nutmeg.
