Use 2:1 rich simple syrup for its listed portion.

Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe.

Prepare an orange zest twist for garnish.

Combine Hayman's London Dry Gin, Grand Marnier or other cognac orange liqueur, freshly squeezed lemon juice, rich sugar syrup, and egg white or Fee Brothers Fee Foam in a shaker with ice.

Shake vigorously and strain the mixture back into the shaker.

Dry shake the mixture without ice to create a frothy texture.

Fine strain the cocktail into the chilled coupe glass.

Express the orange zest twist over the cocktail to release its oils, then use it as a garnish.
