Cucumber Margarita

Use these specified component styles: Coriander bitters.

Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe.

Prepare a garnish by skewering a cucumber ribbon.

Muddle the chopped cucumber in the base of a shaker. For best results, remove the skin before chopping.

Add the blanco tequila, Cointreau L'Unique triple sec liqueur, freshly squeezed lime juice, agave syrup, coriander bitters, and saline solution or a pinch of salt to the shaker.

Shake thoroughly with ice to blend and chill the mixture.

Fine strain the contents into the pre-chilled coupe glass.

Garnish with the skewered cucumber ribbon.
