Use these specified component styles: Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old); Peated single malt whisky.
Choose and pre-chill a cocktail coupe.
Dust the outside of the glass with chocolate powder as a garnish.
Stir the light white rum, Giffard White Crème de Cacao Liqueur, peated single malt whisky, chocolate bitters, and chilled water (if not using wet ice) with ice until well combined.
