Pomegranate Daiquiri

Use 2:1 rich simple syrup for its listed portion.

Use these specified component styles: Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old).

Select and pre-chill a cocktail coupe.

Prepare a garnish of lime wedge and pomegranate seeds.

Add light white rum, agricole blanc, freshly squeezed lime juice, pomegranate juice, grenadine, rich sugar syrup, and a saline solution or pinch of salt to a shaker.

Shake all ingredients with ice until well-chilled.

Fine strain the mixture into the pre-chilled cocktail coupe.

Garnish with the prepared lime wedge and pomegranate seeds.
