Chill a highball glass in advance.
Prepare a garnish with a lemon wheel and, if available, a bouquet of edible flowers.
Shake the reposado tequila, elderflower liqueur, gentian liqueur, and freshly squeezed lemon juice with ice.
Strain the mixture into the ice-filled highball glass.
