Banana Old Fashioned

Select and pre-chill an Old Fashioned glass.

Prepare a garnish of dried banana chip.

Stir the bourbon whiskey, Giffard Banane du Brésil liqueur, and Bob's Abbotts bitters with ice.

Strain the mixture into the Old Fashioned glass filled with ice, preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice.

Garnish with the dried banana chip.
