Beetle Jeuse

Chill a highball glass to prepare it for serving.

Select fresh mint sprigs for garnish and set them aside.

Gently muddle mint leaves in the base of a shaker to release their aroma.

Add Green Chartreuse, bison grass vodka, cloudy apple juice or cider, and passion fruit syrup to the shaker.

Shake the mixture with ice until well chilled.

Strain the cocktail into the pre-chilled highball glass filled with ice.

Garnish with a bouquet of mint sprigs.
