Screaming Banana Banshee

Chill a Hurricane glass to ensure your cocktail is served at the perfect temperature.

Prepare a banana garnish by cutting a chunk from the center of a banana, setting it aside for later use. Place the remaining banana into a blender.

In the blender, combine the Ketel One Vodka, Giffard Banane du Brésil liqueur, Giffard White Crème de Cacao Liqueur, whipping cream, and whole milk. Blend these ingredients at a slow setting until smooth.

Gradually add xanthan gum to the mixture while blending continuously to achieve a creamy consistency.

Add a scoop of crushed ice to the blender and blend until the mixture is thoroughly chilled and smooth.

Pour the blended mixture into the pre-chilled Hurricane glass.

Garnish the cocktail by placing the banana chunk on the rim of the glass.

Serve the cocktail with a straw for easy sipping.
